1950s Black Velvet and Lace Shrug, Size S/M

Beautiful black velvet shrug with luscious heavy black lace trim. It seems that the whole thing is made with one piece of fabric so that there is no seam on the shoulder or down the sleeve, just under the arm. The fit is rounded out from the body, not so close fitting over the bust. It is completely lined with what feels and looks like an acetate lining. Sleeves are 3/4 length. It is the perfect little cover-up for a strapless dress or top. Styling is a little victorian and steampunk as well as mid-century rockabilly/pin-up.

Center of the back neck to the tip of the sleeve is about 25.5".
