1950s Mexican Souvenir Skirt, Size S, Waist 27.5"

Amazing black velvet Mexican souvenir skirt from the 1950s. I've had a few of these over the years but this one is unique in that it has a flounce at the bottom which is unusual. Lots of bright fiesta colours - bright pink, gold, lime, cobalt blue emerald, turquoise, red, magenta and silver, all decorating bronze coloured hand painting on the velvet. It is in very good condition and all the decorating looks bright and sequins are in great condition. Bright and beautiful and she wants to twirl and dance! There is a metal zipper and hook and eye at the waist. I do not see a label.
