I've sold a few of these hand knit mohair stoles from the 60s but this is the first time that I have one that is still in the original box that the kit to make it with was in. It's called the "Brush-Up" Stole by Bernat and the box says "For the look of the most luxurious furs, just knit, then brush". And wow, the hairstyle!
End to end it 44 inches laying flat and has stretch but you need a few inches for the end to feed through the buckle so I would say it would fit a small to small large. It is 15' up and down. Beautifully knit by someone who did excellent work. It's in very good, clean condition with no flaws or smells.
Please don't hesitate to ask any questions that you might have about this cozy beauty.
