Super cute mod mini with flower power pattern over plaid and darling heart buttons. Huge collar is so 70s as is the little puff on the sleeve top and 2 button cuff. The dress is quite short but there is a 3 inch hem if you would like to wear it longer. Fabric is poly knit. There are tucks in the front of the bodice that pulls the dress in at the waistline and then it flares out a bit at the bottom. So cute!!
