1980/90s Hand Embroidered Cotton Cardigan, Size M

Chunky 100% cotton 80/90s cardigan with hand embroidered roses front and back. Sleeves have a straight armhole seam and the shoulder is slightly dropped and slouchy. *note that the pink band at the neckline is part of the dress, NOT the sweater neckline. It is in very good, clean condition.
Across the chest: 21" laying flat
Neckline to cuff: 27" - there is a drop shoulder at 7.75"
Shoulder to hem: 21.5"
