1940s Rayon Day Dress, Size Small, Orange Rayon 40s Dress

Darling little orange rayon dress from the 1940s. Wide flattering neckline and turned up sleeves are all cut in one bodice piece. There is a waistband connecting the bodice to the skirt which has a few pleats on each hip. There is a metal zipper at the side which is the only closure so like all side zip garments, it takes a bit of wiggling to get into to it. The dress does not have a tag and is possibly home made. It is in very good condition and has been recently dry-cleaned. I do not see any spots, fading or holes anywhere. A charming little dress in such a pretty colour!
