1950s Tea Length Tulle and Lace Wedding Dress "Hunny", Vintage Bridal Dress, Size S

Lovely tea length strapless wedding dress from the 1950s.  Very full skirt is tulle with wide lace trim on the top layer, followed by a layer of plain tulle and then a layer of creamy acetate lining.  The bodice is made with the lining fabric and is fitted close to the body with boning and then the whole top of the dress is wrapped with tulle.  Charming sweetheart neckline and a peak at the center of the waistline. The overall effect is stunning and romantic!  The perfect dress for your special day or to wear to the rehearsal dinner.

Colour:  White tulle and lace with slightly creamier lining.

The dress is in very good, clean condition and is ready to wear.  There are no holes, flaws or orders.   I can see where it was taken in an inch or so at one time and has been let back out - there is some extra room in the seam allowances to take it out an inch or a bit more if it is needed.  The tulle at the top of the bodice looks like it may have been tacked to the neckline at some point (I can see some needle holes in the inside of the dress.  *The dress was photographed on a size 4 mannequin (it's a little big for her, especially through the bust) and had a fairly full crinoline under the dress for added volume.
