1970s Micropleated Sheer Dress, 70s Plum Floral Dress, Size S

I had a very good friend who loved to wear these cute 70s feminine  dresses and so there is a special place in my heart for them.  This little cutie is done in a rich plum floral sheer with micro-pleated skirt.  Bodice has pretty split sleeve with bow details and is softly gathered into the neckline and elastic waist. The fabric is a very fine sheer polyester knit and has a bit of stretch (see photo which shows my hand under the fabric) but has a chiffon look to it.   The bodice has a plain plum lining which is a fine knit fabric.  The skirt is unlined and requires a 1/2 slip to be worn with it.  A spaghetti string belt in the matching fabric ties a bow on the whole look.  The wide neckline and elastic at the waist make it easy to slip on and off. Sweet!
