1970s Split Bell Sleeve Lace Mini Dress, Size XS

Super cute lace mini from the 70s has a unique split scalloped edge bell sleeve design.  Perfect for  a party, bridal rehearsal dinner, or even dress it up for a casual elopement.  The measurements are shown below - please compare them with your own measurements and leave a bit of room for movement as the fabric does not have stretch.  

The lace feels like a cotton/synthetic blend and it is completely lined with a crisp and cool acetate.  The dress up the back with a nylon zipper and hook at the top.
It is in very good, clean condition and is ready to wear.  Label is Algo. 

Across the chest, pit to pit: 34" - would fit up to a 32" bust best
Waist: 32"
Hip: 36" - best fit would be on hips 35" or smaller
Shoulder to hem: 34.5" (has a 4 inch hem allowance that could be let down some)
