Fun and flirty 80s black cotton dress with beautiful floral print. Gorgeous off the shoulder styling with scalloped neckline. Fitted through the top and then flares out to that fabulous short flirty skirt. Bodice has boning for shaping and zips up the back. The fabric is a medium weight cotton and it has a built in slip that is trimmed with two generous ruffle tiers of tulle crinoline at the hemline. Tag is Honey Fashions.
