1980s Navy Floral Cotton Dress, 80s Chintz Look Floral Dress, Size S

Lovely 80s navy cotton dress with gorgeous floral print.  The bodice has a big shawl style collar that creates a short sleeve effect  over the top of the area (it is actually sleeveless), is attached at the lightly padded shoulders and has a pretty rosette in the front center.   Zips up the back.  The dress has a dropped, rounded waistline and cinches in with ties that come from the natural waistline and tie at the back. The fabric is a medium weight cotton and it has a built in slip from the waist down that is trimmed with a generous ruffle of tulle.   Tag is Dramatic, made in Canada.
