Lurex/synthetic knit fabric, dropped waist silhouette with pleated skirt for swing and fullness.  Dramatic long sleeves and cuff have elastic at the wrist.   Silver metallic thread belt with gold tassels at the ends hooks to your desired size.  The top bodice has that sexy slinky look and is dropped a little from the waist to the high hip.  Nylon zipper at the back.
